General Information:
Booking for Spring Breakers can only be accepted if they are accompanied by their responsible parents, as our cottages are smoke and party free!
Approval must be obtained from Owners for extra overnight guest. A daily charge of $15 will be applied.
Check-in time is 3 pm / Check-out time is 10 am unless previously arranged with owners.
No refunds for early departures.
Cancellation fees:
25% - upon a signed Lease Agreement
50% - 30 days in advance of arrival date
100% - 7 days in advance of arrival date
