I was so afraid of making a reservation by computer..I knew what I wanted and CLEANLINESS was at the top of my list !
Well,
we found everything that we could ever want in a vacation home at 13302
1st St East...#1 and later #7...we stayed a month ! From the moment we
met Lisa and Manfred, all was excellent ! Everything is nearby -
Entertainment, Shopping for food, beverages, clothes, - the works - .-
all very convenient ! Everything is extremely clean! The owners were
excellent in every way - even had an Easter treat for us ! They went
out of their way to make certain we were comfortable. If we had any
questions at all, they said 'just call. Having a laundry room was a
PLUS...and it was FREE ! The washer broke one Saturday morning...IT WAS
REPLACED by a new one within 3 hours !! No need to take a lot of
clothes with the washer and dryer just 10 steps away.. (no charge for
use of washer and dryer)The pool was perfect for socializing with all
those friendly folk from other cottages. The beach ? about 5 minutes
away ! The BBQ was right there begging us to make use of it - Charcoal
,etc. was in the laundry room..no extra charge ! Five minutes to John's
Pass.....The yard , I called it our little 'compound was always
clean..no excessive leaves nor devris anywhere ! Convenient parking !
It was well lighted at night...made us feel 'ever so safe...We loved
everything about the Cottages At Madeira Beach - 13302 1st St East !!!
Have booked for same time next year !

My husband, two children, and myself had not been on vacation since the birth of our youngest child. She was born with multiple disabilities and her life and ours did not permit it until this past June. My husband did some searching on the internet and found this place. It was within our budget and exactly what we needed. When we arrived down there, the place was above and beyond what I expected. The cottages are together, but you also have a sense of privacy. The cottages are ver, very, very clean and decorated calmly and appropriately. A very relaxing to stay. The pool was secluded from all other onlookers, unlike the condos, where everyone who walks by can see you. It was wheelchair friendly and parking was great. My youngest, who is disabled, also had a great time. She makes signs to go back. The owners, Lisa and Manfred, have done a great job on the landscaping and making sure your stay is a personal one. I made a site where everyone I know can look at all the amenities and praises of The Cottages at Madeira Beach. Highly recommend this place to stay when in Florida. Very, very, very nice.

After several vacations in Florida, and on the recommendation of friends we decided to stay at the Cottages at Madeira Beach.
Wewere really surprised at the "homely" feel of this delightful complex. The cottages were spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The owners were friendly and helpful and everything was well organised and no problems were experienced during our stay. We especially liked the pool area with its Tikki huts where we could relax. All in all we can only highly recommend this complex for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I have been vacationing in this area for at least 10 years and this is the nicest place in terms of location, cleanliness. Two minutes from the beach and five minutes from John's Pass which is a very nice area for shopping in the gift shops, restaurants and entertainment. There are all kinds of water sports like parasailing, duck boat tour and dolfin sightings and beautiful sunsets. We hope to go back again next year. From Fernport, Massachusetts
"Winter Paradise”
If you like walking on the beach, walking to nearby shops and restaurants, or just hanging out at the pool, this is the best spot in Madeira Beach. Also, these cottages are cleaner than Mr Clean himself. We are now staying for our 3rd winter and are very pleased with the way we have been treated.
